This lesson is inspired by Gatemouth Brown’s version of “Got My Mojo Working”, and it’s a lot fun to play. It’s a great tune too. It also makes for a great practice tune for rhythm guitar, because you keep with the your strum and your muting the moving chord pattern. You can easily hear when your 16th notes are off, so DO RECORD YOURSELF playing this to a metronome or drum track. I played this at 95 beats per minute. If I play it much slower or fast, my timing start to deteriorate. You want to look into that groove with steady 16th notes and well articulated accented chord strums. Record and let me hear you play this!
