Lots of first-time things here. Filming myself being a big first and I appreciate the encouragement. This was a fun challenge. I'm going to practice and analyze the Stout Blues lesson much more but wanted to share my progress. Thanks! Rich
Hello Rich, what a great guitar playing. Thanks for sharing this beautiful stout blues.
Great interpretation! Nice tension. I like that you applied your own mindset and fretboard position. 🎶
That's really killer playing, Rich! Can I post your video on Facebook to share with the world?
Jaw Dropper, Rich, that was so sweet! Wow, that was style!!

Hey all, thanks for the great comments. I really appreciate them all. Robert, that backing track was definitely from this site and that is one of the greatest solos I have ever played. So thank you for sharing the licks and the tab, and the discussion behind it. That bad tone I was getting was from a Line6 Podxt going through studio monitors and recorded with a go pro. I don't remember which preset on the podxt. One thing I have always under-appreciated was getting a good tone. Since that recording a month ago, I bought the axe fx and I am loving it. But, I don't like to tweak it for good tone, just find a good one and play. 🙂

You can post it on Facebook, Robert. Thanks!
p.s. the backing track was loaded into Reaper recording software and the click is kind of loud that was coming from Reaper.
Great, I love the Axe Fx too - it's much easier to get a good tone fast.
Glad you like the solo! I think you did exceptionally well.
Esteban, can you start a new thread with your post please?
That was awesome!!!! Great job...
Rich, very enjoyable. Great playing.
