Ooh, this took me back "Classic Rock Riffs" 2 minute lesson- powerful foundations Robert.

Here's the trip back to the 2019 thread and recordings.  Classic Rock Riffs-Record it-Loop it- Kick it up

That’s awesome, Robert. Really rocks!

The sound of the amp is awesome too. Great distortion.

My wish:

I would be really delighted, if there is a MGA member who would tackle the great challenge of learning this riff and share it here on the forum?

Big compliment,

Birgit

@clayton

Clayton, I’ve just heard your recordings from 2019 - and I had a very surprising start in a new day!

That‘s awesome 👍.  Really expressive playing, you are really engaged. I’m totally hooked.

So good you shared it again. Never heard you playing like this before.

I have to spend more time looking for older forum posts…...

Thank you so much,

Birgit

This classic rock & AC/DC stuff has the Hook!  These Tracks are Just Having Fun,  I remember getting absolutely lost in the moment playing along with the backing track.

BUT it was recording the backing track rhythm that made all the other adventuring possible.  Something special when you record the rhythm- there’s an intimate familiarity that puts the song in you like knowing an old friend.  Then the solo or other complimentary rhythm work flows from within.

Bass n Drum backing tracks are located in the  Attachments Box: Lesson Files on the specific lesson page.

Yes, go to https://www.masterguitaracademy.com/lesson/yl24-ac-dc-style-riff-soundslice/ and click on the Lesson Files link on the right hand side.

If you need this track with drums only, let me know and I'll make one.
