Robert, have you, or any of you other Canadians, heard of a guitarist by the name of Nick Johnston?
Guitar Techniques magazine, in the current issue, has a "Video Masterclass" by him on Texas blues. Guitar Techniques has some excellent lessons but I am not by any stretch recommending this lesson. He seems like a good guitarist but I only watched a minute or so of his intro soloing; nothing of the actual lesson.
But I just had never heard of him.
New name to me as well. Is he from Canada? Is he good?
I have not heard of him (disclaimer: I have hearing loss and have hearing aids).

I could have used that line too! What?

Yeh,Chris, sorry I didn't make that clear. He is Canadian. That's why I asked our Canadian delegation.
Is he good? Yes. But he seems more shredder than blues guy.
Canada has some great players... Alex Lifeson, Jeff Healy, Robert, Ivan...
