Paul recently remarked on this Holiday Rocker created by RR in 2015, and I thought it deserved a revival for the season and all the new MGA members. I found this song fun and challenging from the two rhythm parts, double stops, and serious solo work.
MGA Christmas Song/ Jingle Bells
And while I have not submitted a recording in a while, I'll take this opportunity to revive my recording on this project. Some parts I could do, but parts of the solo exceeded my skills so I improvised and then added in my own materials to make it mine. I used the bass and drum backing track, all guitar parts are my input. Here's my take on the lesson, let's see what you can do with it- Happy Holidays, and thanks, RR!

We are just barely finishing up with Thanksgiving and you've already got a rocking jingle bells. You are certainly ready for Christmas season. Very nice job!

Thanks for the props, Fellas; I really enjoyed working on this project. Wow, hard to believe that was 2 years ago. This Lesson was a cool inspiration.
This Lesson rendition demonstrates how to put your own take and flavor into music. I hope it inspires others to take up a recording project, make it yours and share it with us. Happy Holiday kickoff fellow Members!

That is super, Clayton. I think you linked to the Christmas song but I do have the Jingle Bells lesson in the archives. It appears I've missed adding it. I'll put it up today!
