I've been working on Robert's Scales You Can Use to Play the Blues to help transcribe BB's Sweet Little Angel intro. I'm always gravitating back to this course. Every time I study something or want to learn something new this course always helps me find the way.

It's a little slower than BB's original and of course this is my version. BB's style always amazes me at how deceivingly fast he is actually playing.

Anyway, I used Videopad software for the first time so I'm not sure about the tone.

Thanks for listening.

Whoa-  Sweet Cream on top, man I love the precision and discipline but what really makes the cake is the second half of the video when you hit your stride and comfort zone and bring on the tone at your fingers!

Ivan, that's so damn good.  Kindly take the suggestion to hit record and let the tape roll while you work multiple takes without interruption until the red light diminishes and your light shines when the comfort zone expands.  You're hitting a stride that should be given space to record long sessions and leave a lot of tape cuttings on the floor.  What you have left in some good moments and the experience will serve you and all your diligence to date very well.  I have heard and seen your playing develop and expand so much in these last 2+ years of my time here at the MGA, and I strive for your example of discipline in application.  I'm recommending you burn a long recording session and put the headstock of your guitar through the amp at the end of the performance to celebrate.  I'd love to hear what comes out of such efforts.

And thanks for putting it out there for others to see and hear what cab be done.

Thanks everyone. Appreciate all the comments and support. I've said before, I can only get as good the talent I surround myself with.....and MGA does that!

Tell me you have BB's Live at the Regal- you definitely have the vibe in your playing.

Amd that bend vibrato you play is always tasty.  Mine sounds like an injured cat.
