Hot Water, the answer to Canned Heat.

The guy is here installing the new hot water tank. My studio is right beside the room where the water tank is.

I'm drowning in all of these bad jokes, but who am I to judge? It will all be water under the bridge in no time.

No tankless heater - it ended up being too much hassle (and expensive) with our old house - drilling holes in the wall, getting electricity hooked up, etc. The repair man said it's easier to do this when you build a new house rather than an old one like ours.

Perhaps Robert.....but you would have "tanked" me later for my suggestion as I try hard to keep a regular "pipeline" flowing and work hard not to get into any "heated" discussions...…...

OK...…..that said...……..I'm just happy I'm no longer of draft age after what Trump pulled today...…….I'm certain this comment won't garner any political discussions!!!! :>)   Jim C.
