I had a shingles vaccination on Thursday and boy, did it ever affect me the next day and today. I slept 19 hours within a 24 hour time period. Massive headache and body pain.

I am slowly improving but I'm not able to do a live stream today. I am sorry for the late notice - I was hoping I would wake up feeling like normal today, but that didn't happen.
