I’m flopping in old San Juan at a beautiful hacienda and found a slightly rusty classical guitar to help me enjoy some time on the patio.  I have not played a classical in a long time and this one is a bit rough from the weather.

Uploads are coming.  Stay Tuned

Are you in Puerto Rico?

Classical blues! Sweet!

What was the last song? I recognize it but I can't place it.

Si, San Juan for 6 days.  Glad you liked it!  The guitar strings were worn so I dared not put them through the paces like it was a fresh set of full steel strings, and the tuning posts were slipping a bit.  Humidity.

The song was a modified version of the acoustic on Ramble On.  For the real deal (I could not reach the upper register to use the open strings the way Page did it) check out his explanation on the documentary: It might get loud.

I'm trying to upload more but my net router is limited and I shot in HD so the files need some downsizing.

Last midnight it freeze here for three degrees, but you bring the summer feeling in house this morning, with your lovely acoustic guitar sound that make my room warmer. Thanks for sharing Clayton! 👍 😉

Clayton, André is quite right, it feels like winter here at our homes and your playing is very welcome.

Your acoustic space with wind, rain and waving leaves couldn’t be any better for your performance.

Has an inspirational impact on you. I’m delighted.

Enjoy your time at San Juan,

Birgit

Seems I needed a little holiday to find space to record. And this space made a good opportunity to finally record on video.

Oh, Birgit, it is not rain 😀, that sound is the decorative water fountain.  It's all sunshine and 80 degrees here.

San Juan...! Man you do get around! 😉 World tour...?

Getting an early start on your tan, sounds like a good idea too!

I was expecting some classical repertoire [not that I would recognize it but...!] and instead found some classic blues.

I did get a lot of sun today: biking, snorkeling with turtles, barracuda and squid,  jamming with a young drummer in the afternoon, and then laying down some more classical style at the evening slam poetry in the town square.

Lord I was born a ramblin' man...

Ah yes.  Rambling on, Since Ive been loving you and the more traditional blues on the porch looking out into the San Juanese skies.  As you should.

Carry on.
