OK, as promised yesterday, I'm going to post a recording. Not perfect, and I only used the 2nd take, leaving all the mistakes there. I may not do this right, but I'm attaching it as mp3 file. Played thru the solo twice and left plenty of the track so you can jam to it. I slowed it down to 95% speed before recording my solo over it. The solo is from my other guitar teacher Jody Worrell called "Roadhouse Solo 2" and the track is "Pride and Joy."
Hey Dan. Awesome job! Two weeks and six days for me to go, lol.
@dano You were the one who accepted the "challenge" and I just followed your lead. I spent a couple of hours figuring how to record into GarageBand on 2 tracks, and I had software to slow down music that I use a lot for learning, so, I was glad I did it. I learned a lot of tech stuff in a single day by doing so.
Thats awesome Dan. Lets keep the ball rolling. Heres my contribution. I also extended the backing track so that other can have a lash.
@wobbly_bob Smokin' good! I'm not worthy!
You totally are worthy. Why not have another go at slot 3?
Well that was really cool, thanks so much Dan! Some really sweet ideas in there for sure.
And Craig sounds great as well!
