Here's a laid back 12 bar solo, with the intent of providing some ideas and inspiration. 

Note that I was trying to go for simple lines that are melodic. 

Let me know what you think.

I also tried to stay away from bends, just so that it's simpler for someone to copy. Long, sustained, big bends are actually really difficult... so here I'm hoping it shows you don't always HAVE to do bends.
