This is a fav. backing track that I regularly pull out of the vault to see where Im at. Tone is still a work in progress as is the improv, but Im kinda happy with it so far...

Zuperb, Craig, I can see why that is an Auld Fav!  Those transitions really gave you space and timing to create some beautiful soundscapes on a theme.  Everything was cruising smooth and then you kicked it into the cosmic zone returning with delay after the breakdown section.  

Man, I have become a delay junkie in the last two months taking things to extremes awash in swirling time-space waves- me thinks a bit too indulgent.  Your solo has that delay harnessed and supportive rather than some sugar high kid running around the perimeter of the room bouncing off the walls.  

Thanks for an inspirational start to the weekend!
