I'm finding myself crazy busy this month. I apologize for the lack of recent lessons. I have a lesson I'm editing now - an easy fun blues solo in C.
I'm going to Ottawa now, because I have to renew my Swedish passport there. I am also taking the opportunity to run cross country running Nationals for Masters (old farts)! I run 8 km on Saturday.
I'll be back at work on Monday!

Thanks my friends! I was 7th in my category and I am happy with that. The conditions were brutal - cold, strong wind and ice and mud. It was -6 and with the windchill, -13. 
The course was partly frozen, partly mud fest. It was so cold and windy and my calves are shot. But I loved it! So grateful for my girlfriend Roxane - she’s such a fantastic supporter.
