I'm off to Montreal for a few days. I'm a college running coach, and on Friday is national championships for them. Staying a day extra to explore Montreal a bit. Keep practicing this weekend! I hope to see another student focus video coming my way soon!? Anyone?

Our running teams were 9th and 5th! Exceeded all expectations. I expected 10th and 16th at best, so we are beyond excited!

I also cut my fretting hand index finger tip on a razor in my bag... dang that was dumb. May need a few days of no guitar when I get home. We’ll see.

Good job for the teams!!!

You now have a good reason to give up shaving... go for the scruffy 'bad boy' look...

Hope you heal up quickly!

It was in 20's Farenheit Saturday in western Pennsylvania.  Montreal must've been cold.

We don’t use Fahrenheit but it was about -5 to zero centigrades today. Nasty wind also. Brrr.

25 F!!! That's nothing, we still have people wearing shorts at 25 F...

The ones that crack me up are the ones wearing shorts and a heavy coat!!!

I'm back in Alberta and it's been snowing. It was a nice, short trip and now it's back to shoveling! No snow in Montreal. We have -10C (14F) right now.
