Sweet run[s]... Great lesson.

What dedication to make this lesson while recovering from your hip surgery! Glad you can stand OK...

Thanks

I am dumb sometimes. Sitting down is a problem right now and editing video means sitting down. I probably should have stayed in bed...

Don't overdo it!

Perhaps a stand up desk of some sort would be helpful

How's your hip so far? You could try to make video editing standing up instead of sitting??

Thanks guys, I have more pain today. Good idea about standing while working on the computer. Only issue is, I don' have a desk tall enough.

I have pre-recorded tomorrows 2 minute lesson, so I've got a buffer... 🙂

Now let me hear you guys play - make an old man happy!

I walk with crutches still, just because I'm paranoid I could mess it up. I can walk without crutches if I have to.

Mother of God, please get a sun lamp for that man.

Thanks, it's been going really well. It's been 11 day since surgery. I can walk around the house just fine now. Sitting is okay if I don't sit for several hours at the time.

I love running and I hope I can start doing that in a couple of months. I'll ask the surgeon next week when I see him for the follow up.

🙂  The only workouts I currently do are diddly-squats. Sometimes, when I'm in a hurry, I just do the lickety-splits instead. 🙂
