I've been getting together lately with a few people to do some playing. There has been some random chatter about maybe playing a few songs out somewhere sometime... Well, I found out last weekend... we are doing an 8 song set at a tavern in a hotel... TONIGHT! Two other 'bands' are playing... Hope all goes well. Got a few butterflies!

Had a blast. For the most part I think things went very well. On the last song the singer didn't come in on time for the 2nd or 3rd verse and created a little bit of momentary confusion but we managed to pull it back on track and move on.
I don't expect this to be a regular or frequent thing but perhaps every now and then.
Thus went the debut of "Wake Up Call".
I may be able to scare up a clip from a cell phone...

Great idea... however, my son has his hands full with my 3 grandkids...a job, house, coaching tee-ball... no time left for him to play! Hmmm Maybe I should take that very lightly used Martin back from him!
