As with Robert, my taste changes from time to time. Currently my favorite is the Swiss blues, rock and boogie guitarist Pete Borel.

Robert, you know my answer to this. And my #1 will probably always be #1. But #2 changes about every 13 minutes. Clapton? Bonamassa? Kenny Wayne Shepherd? BB King?
And Chris Cain is up there close. And what a nice guy. My wife and I got to talk to him at lunch on one of the KTBAS cruises.
But right now I have to say my favorite (meaning #2) is Clapton.
