Hi All:

My name Al Blais, live in New Mexico. Bought a Gibson years ago. I have been watching a guitar player on You Tube. There are a lot of them out there. How in the world do you pick any of them? I’m going to work on the blues for the time being.

Well you have to really hear what they have to say about them self. Not only that, you have to hear what they can do with the guitar. Robert presented himself with style and substance and that is what sold me.

Now I’m not a young fellow, I’ve been around for over 80 years, but I love the guitar. I have what is called a closet guitar. I should say it was. In business for so many years, working long hours didn’t give me the time to play. Just to tired I guess. But now I can spend hours working with it. Self taught over the years, no time to take lessens in the past.

After searching You Tube for awhile I signed up with Master Guitar Academy. Glad to join the group.

And Al, we're glad you joined the group.  There are a few of us on here that are not "young fellows".

Good luck to you.

Hello Al Blais

Here is beginner „not young player“ to welcome you.  I greatly admire what you said and you will - as I do! -  enjoy Robert’s lesson. They are professionally structured, well-prepared, inspiring and give a lot of fun.

Keep on playing

Birgit

Here's another one that's not quite young. It's never too late (to have a happy childhood).
