Hi everyone!

My name is Stephane - call me Steff (with 2 « f »)

I’m based in Paris, France, and I’m an entertainement lawyer, with my own law firm highly involved in the music business.

Music is my passion and I have been practising guitar for 25 years, but with the last 10 years seeing my guitars and gear taking dust due to too much work...

8 months ago, a click happened and my passion screamed heavily it had to take back power and I’ve been practising madly my fretboard with the aim of diving back in jam sessions and songwriting to give life to all the music I have in me (or at least believe I have, ahah)

On this journey, I’ve went through so many online courses and video and clearly decided to join MGA so much I appreciated Robert’s style, talent and teaching skills!!

I play on a Telecaster standard, Les Paul custom shop reissue ‘58 and Stratocaster US highway.

And I a lefty 😉

And my roots are clearly in blues, funk and jazz even f I spent the past months exploring what I had clearly overlooked in the past, hidden beauties of Major and Minor scales.

Cheers from Paris!

Steff

Steff -

Welcome to MGA. I'm sure you will find lots of music to work on and enjoy within the MGA site.

Many people take a break from making music, due to busy lives, and their gear gets dusty. Many find their way back to making music with renewed passion, energy and enthusiasm.

I hope you are able to take the dust off of your gear and enjoy making music again!

Hi Steff, bienvenue!

My daughter was in Grenoble this spring on an exchange program and spent a day in Paris. I so want to go there one day!

Let us know how you practice is coming along by posting your practice log.

I always recommend plenty of repetition of whatever it is you're working on. I see many students give up too soon. Just dig and stay in the woodshed for a good amount time.

Then, you recording something and share with us! Keep picking!
