You fellas are right on the mark about community support and improvement.  Remember, when you step out of your comfort zone to record and share you take a big step for your musicianship a d other members who may be hesitant.  Above all, be good to each other!

Definitely this community might help you focussing on something else apart from work. I do some dry playing before I leave home for work and feel bad, when I don't find the time for some rehearse  before sleep hour. 

Do some recording. It is of great help hearing and, best, watching yourself play. I'm right now a bit unhappy with my gear. I have eliminated all of my pedals and still try to find out how to arrange my amp, laptop and recording things best. And I want a real Strat :D.
