I play for fun. Acoustic for a long time, new to electric in the past year. I have an American Standard Strat and recently picked up a Gibson Custom Shop Les Paul R9. I look forward to learning!

Got my "Keep Austin Weird!" coffee mug right in front of me as I read this, Trigolt......family and bosses that are all UT alumni and anyone who's never cruised the infamous 6th Street bars and the magical mystery tour of cool live bands and booze know not what they're missing! I'm about 200+ miles north of you in Denton 'just a couple degrees cooler than Dallas' Texas, Trigolt!! Watch out for that Chris out of New Hampshire though.......he'll probably try to recruit you to play guitar in one of his new bands!! Jim C.
