Hello everyone...

I re-started playing two years ago after a lifetime absence, buying a neglected Dean starter strat from a thrift store on impulse and getting hooked. Mark Knopfler & John Hiatt are just two of many musicians I admire and I listen to multiple genres. I love to play the blues too,both electric and acoustic. I play my Yamaha Pacifica 012dlx through a VOX AD30VT and Ovation CC57 nearly every day and try to soak in as much as my 69 year-old brain will stand, but only a 4-5 skill level (maybe) on a scale of 1-10. Still, I'm lovin' the journey, and looking forward to being a part of this community. There are a lot of online resources out there and I've shopped a lot of them. I've been following Robert for some time now and feel that as an instructor, he's as good as it gets.
