I took my pedal board apart. I put it back together putting the pedals back where I thought they were but now it doesn't seem correct. I know tuner is first, then compressor, then overdrive. That is the way I have those first three on the board.
But now what I thought is the way I had the remaining three doesn't seem correct isn't correct. Those remaining three are delay, chorus, reverb.
The source I always use is "Introduction to Guitar Tone and Effects" by David M. Brewster. He has a chart which I always use. For anyone else that may find it helpful I am going to try and attach that. My last three pedals are:
1) Flashback Delay
2) Boss Digital Dimension Chorus
3) Electroharmonix Holy Grail Reverb.
What do you think should be their order? According to my own attachement I think it should be 2-1-3. But on my board before I think I had it the order listed. Of course I can experiment but I'm trying to velcro them correctly the first time back together.
Thanks, Robert.
Verry interesting, Ron. I hate to muddy the waters but beauty is in the ear of the beholder. That being said, Yes, chorus first. And typically delay before reverb, but hey, give it a shot with reverb ahead of delay before you Velcro. Could be peanut butter in your chocolate.
