Kurt Cobain's MTV Unplugged guitar sells for over $6 Million. A Martin D-18E.
According to the article, and most of us probably knew, the previous record for a guitar selling at auction was David Gilmour's black Strat at over $3 million.
The article said that Julien's, the auction house, won't disclose who had the winning bid. But we all probably know. Chris?!?!?!?!?!??! @jestme ?!?!?!?

LOL I wish. I think your family bought as a Father's Day surprise for you! 😉 as for me, I'd be happy with a couple of core PRS guitars! 🙂
Still this is AMAZING 6 million for a USED guitar! Incredible.
