First I got a new computer so I have no idea what to with any plugins that I download .

So how to I go about installing them in Reaper.

I'm not into really amp type plugins, but if you have a simple amp with reverb, tremelo, and delay, that would be fine enough for me.

I'd like some plugins that would give me a different color in my playing, also anything Asian sounding would be cool.
