I had fun with this one today.  Pretented i was jamming' with Prince or Vernon Reid ...

On part 2, I keep wanting to use both my second and third finger on the G - G#- E rather than slide my second finger from G - G# then use my third finger on E. I'll keep working on this one too.

This style is FUN, isn't it? I will do more funk grooves.

Play it the way you find it easiest - that's what I do but we are all different. There's more than one way to skin a ***.

I've been practicing the slide your way, and it's much better to be in position for the E7 now that I 'got it' ...

Is there muted upstrokes after the  both C# and D notes the tab shows 3 muted strokes straight after.

C# upstroke D Upstroke ?

Hm, after trying this again myself, I realize that the 1st of the 3 muted strokes is not correct. The first incorrect muted stroke is actually a rest. Should only be 2 muted strokes.

So, I play down/up muted just before the G - A# notes. Does it make sense?

I have corrected the tab and Soundslice now so take a look.
