So am I the only one who's thrilled to combine this latest Spark Blues solo in the key of C along with Roberto's nice Sophisticated Licks lesson and then his classic "Jump Your Blues" solo to create some truly cool and funky and tasty soloing ideas over this great key of C??!! Try it.....all three!! This key is uber vital and I feel we cannot have enough concepts to make our playing stand out............these courses deliver this and then some!! Jim C.
I thought I would get more feedback on this one. What did you guys think? Too easy, too hard? 🙂
Robert, this note bending piece looks like a lot of fun to play. It doesn't seem like it would be hard to learn. I may give it a go. 🙂
RR, thanks for refreshing this lesson on the forum. Sounds like a good exercise for my somewhat anemic vibrato bends (I no longer sound like a dying cat but it's just not robust, sigh).
Wow, what a groove! It goes straight to my stomach.
I didn't know the lesson before, but it's a fantastic sound!
I‘m waiting impatiently to be able to play it. But it will still take some time until I'm ready to meet the challenge. But right now I can listen to it time and again to keep it in mind until I'm ready.
The track is built into the amp. Here is a similar track I made for you guys:
Blues in C. 90 BPM. Let me know if you want it in other tempos too.
Sounds great Robert!
And I noticed that you do not have a comparable track in your backing track box. Thanks a lot for sharing. I would prefer BPM 100 and 110.
Here are 100 and 110. Sounds better at 110 for sure!
Yes, you are perfectly right! BPM 110 sounds really good.
A large thank you for your efforts, Birgit
