In this course, I will teach you a killer solo in the style of Eric Clapton. The inspiration for these licks comes from Clapton’s “Reconsider Baby”, which I first heard on the album “From The Cradle”. However, I have also researched many live videos, as I built this solo.

This is the first solo lesson I have done, using no pick. It’s a big part of the sound of this solo. However, you can also play all these licks with a pick, if you prefer.

It’s played in the key of G, and the tempo is a comfortable 93 beats per minute. Let’s dig in!
